Allowing Joy

At the center of each of us is a deep well of wisdom. A wisdom that can guide you back to the joy that is always present within you.

As you move through life, you accumulate stories about who you are and who you should be.

These stories keep you stuck. Stuck in a job you don’t like, stuck in cycles of emotional eating, stuck feeling disconnected from friends and family. Many people are surprised to learn that the root of all this stuck-ness is fear.

Fear of the old emotions and pain you’ve spent your entire life trying not to feel.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can free yourself and learn to live a more connected, joy-filled life. When you tap into your own inner wisdom, you begin to let go of the fear, the pain and the stories attached to them.

And that’s when the magic happens.

As a trained and certified coach, I can guide you through this process, to help you let go of the pain and fear so that you can hear your own inner voice. And when you let go of the fear and pain, you’re left with the peace and joy that are the essence of who you really are.

Emotional Release


Sometimes it can be difficult to hear your inner voice. This is usually due to emotional energy blocks that muddle your connection and fuel the distracting, loud thoughts in your head. During this 44 minute “Bean Bag Session” I’ll guide you through releasing one or more of these clumps of emotional energy. Through this process you’ll also learn how to release them on your own. Releasing this built up emotion and pain is the first step in clearing the connection to your own inner wisdom.





If you’re still learning to connect with the voice of your inner wisdom, or if you are experienced but have some specific topics you’d like to address, then a Strengthening session may be right for you. During this 55 minute session we’ll go through a series of exercises, each of which will help to bring clarity to the mind and strengthen your connection to the wisdom within you.


Full Session


Every one of us has access to a deep well of internal wisdom. Some call it intuition or a gut-feeling. This inner wisdom is more than a feeling though. It has a voice. When you connect with this wisdom and ask questions, your Inner Voice responds with guidance and inspiration that will surprise you. During this 2-hour session, I’ll help you connect with your own Inner Voice, asking all the questions that your mind may have so that you can stay deep and maintain your connection. I’ll record the call so that you can listen later to all the guidance and inspiration that your Inner Voice has for you.

Ongoing Support


While learning to connect to you inner wisdom is a very individual path, unique to each person, it can be very helpful to have someone coach you along the way. I am available to provide guidance when you hit roadblocks, assist in releasing bean bags as they come up and help you deepen the communication with your inner wisdom by holding space and asking the questions so that you can remain in a deep state of awareness and still get the answers you’re seeking from your inner voice. Ongoing support includes three 45 minute sessions per month.

My name is Denise and I am an intuition coach and certified Inner Voice Facilitator through the Jess Lively Inner Voice Facilitator Training program. I live in Cincinnati, OH with my husband and three teen(ish) kids. When I’m not guiding others through releasing their fears to allow more joy and connection with their inner wisdom, I enjoy graphic design and creating cut-paper art. Through the process of connecting with my own inner wisdom, I’m continuing to learn that letting go opens up whole new worlds of creativity and joy.
